Looking After The Community Well-Being
The project provides assistance with palliative care, medical check-ups, nutrition advice, hospitalization,
vaccination and distribution of medicines (10 kids that are HIV-positive receive their medications regularly).
Promoting Access to Medical Care
Although some medicines and vaccines are free in Tanzania, access to people in rural area, as Mabogini, due to the lack of information and transportation fees to distribution centres.
The health care programme of KYGN currently serves all of the 420 students, and more than 35 risk families.
